Who couldn't love this show...it was a show that as a kid, you could easily imagine that The Friendly Giant, his friends and his castle were real. Why can't kids' shows today be so pleasant and simple? There should be a DVD set or they should rerun them for today's kids and we adults whom watched it growing up. :)
I have a letter and signed picture that the Friendly Giant sent me in the mail in 1972, when I was 2. The letter is about 2 ft x 3 ft (he was a giant, afterall). The most cherished piece of mail I've ever received.
i always loved this show as a kid, i would never miss an episode i liked Jerome & Rusty,Jerome was funny, and i liked the giant too.
